Overview
Outlit connects your existing customer data sources and exposes them to MCP-aware tools. We act as a processor for the customer data you connect, and as a controller for the account data you provide to use the service.
Data we process
We process the customer records you connect — such as accounts, tickets, usage, and notes — solely to resolve them into a unified context layer. We do not sell your data or use it to train models.
Security
Context is scoped per surface and per role with row-level permissions. We support SSO, audit logging, and offer a self-hosted option for enterprise customers with strict residency requirements.
Retention
Connected source data is cached only as long as needed to serve context and is purged when you disconnect a source or close your workspace.
